Well Friday afternoon has been a busy morning and missed my morning protein bar so very hungry and looking forward to lunch, bring on the salad.
Caught up with Annette last night, at the gym of course, it was good to hear how she was handling every thing so far. I found it good to compare notes and it helps motivate you to do more in yourself as you can draw on their determiation as well as your own.
Now this morning I have to say I found Richards spin class quite difficult maybe because of the fit key class last night, but was extremly hungry when I got home as well.
Jumped on the scales this morning and was a bit suprised, anyway will have till wait until sunday for the official weigh in.
What a thought Sunday morning 7 oclock at the gym!!!
How much more motivated can you get????
